A Virtual Remodel goes beyond virtual staging (placing photos of furniture and changing wall colors), providing design and imaging that shows what a space can be with more extensive changes. This helps everyone involved understand the possibilities of every space.

Virtual Remodeling is a great option for realtors and sellers, because it’s affordable in comparison to staging rental fees. Buyers love it because they can have a design customized just for them. We can provide specifications for all furniture and decor, estimates for portions of the renovation, contact with vetted contractors, and guide the whole process as much or as little as we are needed. Here’s our latest virtual remodel. We opened the wall between the kitchen and living room, changed the stair railing style, made the fireplace an architectural feature, and used a lighter, brighter color palette. This created an updated space that enhanced the already great bones of the house.
